After the class:

We are happy to affiliate interested potential and qualified instructors at Moon Valley CPR.  We will explain your responsibilities as an instructor, the teaching expectations of the American Red Cross, our roles as a training center, and complete the documentation for instructor affiliation. We do not charge an affiliation fee.

New instructors are encouraged to observe a class before teaching. The lead instructor will discuss class documentation and submission, set up, teaching strategies, and the workflow of a typical class.

The first class is usually a new experience with many questions. Instructors should be monitored while teaching their first class. Instructors that are affiliated with Moon Valley CPR may also assist with classes until they feel confident in a lead instructor position.
